Definitions

We use the following definitions in these terms and conditions which we also refer to as the Agreement.

You, Yourself the Customer: a person buying a Product from Us Jetwet Ltd (we, us, our) the Product vendor and, as and where relevant, the service provider.

Jetwet: a sports power washer bearing the Jetwet brand name.

Order Confirmation E-mail: a formal acknowledgement of the Product(s) you order that we send to you and Price stated when ordering.

Product: as described on website application.

Order dispatch email: a formal confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

This Agreement applies to the sale, service and all statements made by us in brochures, adverts, and on the internet or verbally. When you place your order this means you accept this Agreement.

Price

The Product and Price are shown when ordering and in your Order Confirmation E-mail.

Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs may cause us to adjust prices accordingly. However, you will know the price before you buy.

Delivery and availability

We make every effort to deliver to you at the time and to the place we state on the Order Confirmation E-mail, but there may be occasions when we cannot or, for reasons outside our control, we may not be able to do so.

Orders placed by 2pm are dispatched on the same working day. We dispatch orders on weekdays. Dispatch times are estimates and we aim to meet them at all times. If we are unable to do so we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone.

We also endeavour to make the Product available when you want it. However, we cannot always guarantee availability.

Order Confirmation E-mail

When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an Order Confirmation E-mail containing details of your order.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the Price paid. To do this, please contact us first quoting your original order number. Do not return to our correspondence address.

Product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. We reserve the right not to refund you in full if the product is deemed to have been used.

In addition to your 14-day returns guarantee, as you are a customer in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

For the Christmas period 2018, all orders placed up to 15 December customers will have an extended period in which to return their orders. This is up to 15 January 2019.

If we have not despatched your order when you call to cancel, we will simply refund your payment in full.

Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement.

Returns Policy

When you receive your order please inspect it for any defects or damage that could be caused in transit. If there are any problems please call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to resolve them there and then.

Please contact us if you need to return the product. When you return it you must send in its original condition – except for instances where it may have been damaged in transit- with packaging intact. We regret that after this period we may not be able to accept the return of the product.

Once the original order is returned, and if found to be defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund you the Price paid.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee that our Product will be free from defects for 12 months from delivery

If the Product becomes defective within this period, we will replace it within a reasonable time. We will use all reasonable care to resolve problems within a realistic period in the circumstances.

Please do not return defective products without contacting us first.

We do not give a warranty guarantee protection for damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or Yourself and you must use the product in accordance with the welcome leaflet and user instructions we provide with it.

Services

Services are provided by Jetwet Ltd or other service providers. Our services are available by telephone or internet and by mail where appropriate. We are not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or Service) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and that will result in a time extension for performance.
